Workout Wednesdays | Move to the Music

🎉 Workout Wednesdays are back! Join Westfield Parks & Recreation for morning and evening workout sessions presented by The Yoga Studio and Jazzercise.

🏃‍♀️ About the class: If you think you know Jazzercise, think again. When it comes to dance fitness workouts, Jazzercise is the true original: the first to choreograph exercise moves to music, certify instructors, and foster a community through passion. Our classes combine dance cardio with strength training for a one-stop fitness program.

🎟 The program cost is $5 per person, per session. Participants may register any time up until 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

🌱 Program participants should meet at the playground area adjacent to S. Union Street. Limited parking may be found near and around the park. The free public parking lot located at 327 Park Street is highly recommended and is a short walk via Park Street or the Central Midland Trail.
